We open on December 6, 2024

The gates of heaven are opening: Winter opening on December 6th, 2024! Back in paradise, somewhere in the middle of nowhere, right on the slopes in St. Christoph am Arlberg. Join us and glide with us into winter heaven!

Tyrolean fine dining 1,800 metres above sea level

In a little village in the mountains, people come together in a cozy lounge for a high-spirited dinner. Snow falls outside, while inside flames dance in the open fire. After sundown, the Hospiz Alm pulls out all the stops for dinner. The best Bordeaux wines in the world, decanted to accompany an Alpine rusticity and gourmet cuisine.

Less tux, more cashmere in the Alm. But of course, the former is always a good choice.

Awarded 3 toques in the current Gault&Millau

Fine dining from 7 PM

Three toques for cuisine, conviviality and the highest quality. In the Hospiz Alm you’ll find Wiener Schnitzel, Tyrolean Gröstl and juicy steaks on the menu, but also lobster or black truffle. Nothing complicated, only the finest of ingredients. As an accompaniment, we offer a selection of wines that is unmatched anywhere in the Alps and the perfect match for our menus. That’s how it always has been here, and how it will continue to be. Bon appetit!

Allow us to introduce...
Head chef David Kurz

Head chef David Kurz has been providing the finest of culinary indulgence in the Hospiz Alm for many years now. Although his career has taken him to some amazing places such as the Traunsee, Schloss Seefels or the Ungeheuer in Velden, it is the Alm that he doesn’t want to leave. Like the rest of us here, David cultivates a deep passion for Alpine cuisine and Austrian hospitality.

“From the menu, I have a particular fondness for the veal Wiener Schnitzel as a timeless classic. But I can also highly recommend the Vorarlberg wagyu beef, the Austrian woodland duck, our flame-grilled steaks and the always delicious Hospiz Kaiserschmarrn.”
